How Do Orthotics Help?
Cutting Edge Diagnostic Technology
At our rehabilitation clinic in Vaughan, we employ the powerful technology of TOG GaitScan which analyzes your feet in great detail. Our specialists will administer the scan and interpret the results which will help them provide you with the most accurate custom made orthotics possible.
This device consists of a pressure plate and an array of tiny sensors connected to a processing unit. As you walk on the pressure plate, the GaitScan will analyze the distribution of pressure points on your feet. Using further technological advancements, a 3D model will be made available for analysis by the doctor.
